Hi, I am gluten and dairy free, and a freshman in college. At first, they seemed great, but then I learned how bad for you Agave was. Anyways, this bar comes in 4 flavors, and when I get it at my school's market (on campus and very close to my dorm) I "have to" get all 4. I've been eating either 4 every day, and sometimes 8 every day. When I eat 8, this is essentially all I mulberry purses eat except for a salad and some fruit. When I eat 4, I have more fruits (ie more bananas, apples, oranges, not just little fruits) and more veggies/salad, along with eggs.
